Initial Consultation - Lifestyle, Expectations and Budget
This is an informal chat to discuss what you’re looking for (we also talk about your lifestyle, expectations and budget) and can happen in store, by phone or via email. If you plan to come into the store or send us an email it sometimes helps if we can see a few digital pictures of the room(s).
Measuring Up the Flooring Area
We’ll make an appointment with you to visit your property, measure up and survey the flooring area.
Samples - Colours and Styles
We’ll leave a range of samples with you when we come to measure up, based on our initial consultation. Seeing the colours and styles you’ve chosen in situ usually helps to make your final choice.
Carpet & Flooring Installation
Our expert team of carpet & flooring fitters will come and install your new flooring.
Uplift and disposal of your old flooring.
Clearing your room of furniture and replacing it after the floor has been installed.
We take all of our rubbish away.
We hoover the carpets before we leave.
If you’d like an exact colour tie in with your room scheme please ask us about our Bespoke Service. We also offer this service to larger properties, interior designers, property developers and letting agents.
Providing an Estimate
Once you’ve chosen a flooring or carpet you’re happy with we’ll send you an estimate.
Please note: we always aim for our estimates to be accurate. But on the rare occasion we don’t always foresee a problem – such as the need to carry out additional work such as sub-floor correction work or door trimming – until we’re fitting your flooring. If this happens we’ll always discuss and agree any additional charges with you before proceeding.
We take a 50% deposit at the time of your order, This is protected by the Carpet Foundation. You will receive an invoice with details on how to pay.
